Joining the party of sharing amazing stats from merchants from the Cyber Weekend... BigCommerce merchants saw a 26% increase in sales processed over the weekend! Some other highlights; 26% GMV increase is the largest increase our customers have seen since we started reporting in 2021 36% increase in sales, and 20% in total orders YoY(Year on Year) on Thanksgiving. 25% Sales YoY growth on Cyber Monday 16% Average Order Value increase on Cyber Monday. 36% increase in Sales in Europe alone But my favourite stat of all: 100% uptime on the platform for the 11th consecutive year. The stats this year from everyone I've seen are super interesting, customers not only seem to be shopping more, their basket sizes are growing also. AOV increase is always a great sign of strong performing businesses that have got their upsell and cross-sell strategies right, which makes all that planning for the holiday season worth it.
