As a Navy Veteran I served on many platforms and was a leader as much as a follower. In my latter years I was in charge of my subordinates career advancement, making sure they were on a path of success. After my 20 year military retirement I pursued my passion and coached golf for 10 years. My clients were all ages and walks of life. Here is where I learned a very important skill of patience and compassion. I considered myself not only a golf coach but also as a mentor to my students. I am honored to be part of the Cranberry recruitment team and I am looking forward to the journey ahead." 1. Where are you from? I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Favorite vacation spot? Bali is my favorite vacation spot the sunset alone keeps me going back. 3. If you could go back in time, where would you go? Egypt, I would really like know how they built the pyramids and underground tombs etc. 4. What's made you excited about working in renewables? Renewables have always interested me. We are destroying our environment one gas tank at a time and I just think there has to be a better way for the generations ahead of us. 5. What do you like about working in recruitment? I just enjoy talking with people and if I can help them in anyway, that’s great too. 6. Favorite snack? Pepperoni pizza without a doubt. 7. What are you most excited about regarding joining the team at Cranberry? I am excited to develop my interpersonal skills.

Here’s the best career advice I can offer: Choose the right partner. Pick someone who is supportive on both the best and most challenging days. Find someone who inspires you with their work, ambition, and drive. Look for someone who motivates you to give your all and do your best, no matter the situation. Choose someone who makes you laugh just by being themselves. Seek someone whose actions speak louder than words. I’ve found all of this and so much more in Justin. Here’s to a lifetime of climbing mountains and reaching new heights together. 💙

Best way to land a job ?

Buying this, hours were spent diving into the specs. But how much effort went into researching the dealer? 🤷♂️ (By the way, yes, that’s my house, but no, that’s not my car—it’s a friend’s. The black A-Class? Now, that one was mine.) My friend is a true petrolhead. He lives and breathes cars, so I can only imagine the countless hours he poured into choosing this beauty. And why wouldn’t he? Buying a car is a significant financial decision, especially when it’s something you’re passionate about. Researching is a must. But here’s the thing—he didn’t just stop at the car itself. He spent just as much time researching the dealer. He wanted to be absolutely certain that they were reputable, that the car was genuine, that he was getting exactly what he paid for, and that they’d have his back if something went wrong.
