Of our 7 essential behaviors, I really gravitate towards "Get Clear on Expectations." To me, clarifying expectations shows that you care not only about the task at hand, but others that are impacted by the work you do. Ask as many questions as you need to so that you can do the job right the first time! How do you get clear on expectations in your role? #culture #insurtech

We recently changed our mission statement at Bubty… Why the change? At Bubty, we believe in continuous improvement - not just in how we operate, but also in how we articulate our purpose. That’s why we’ve updated our mission statement from "Accelerating the world's transition of flexible work" to "Make Hiring Better." Make Hiring Better for One Million Companies 🌍 Enabling the future of work by delivering top-notch technology. This mission statement was carefully chosen based on three core pillars that explain what Bubty stands for: 🔸 Make: Is a verb that stands for action, doing without fear and with complete confidence. Believing that making decisions, whether right or wrong, will always take you further than not making a decision by spending too much time planning and researching the outcomes of the decisions. It represents the company's approach to the way Bubty works. 🔸 Hiring: Hiring represents the entire life cycle. Hiring represents the whole chain and also represents supporting the evolution of a market and change. Bubty supports the way companies hire. And that is what they are very passionate about. 🔸 Better: Bubty chose ‘better’ because better is infinite and represents Bubty's resilience and determination to never stop. And to never stop improving as a person and as a company. Getting infinitely better. Those three elements together: Make Hiring Better. As we move forward, our revised mission keeps us anchored to a simple truth: Every feature we build, every update we make, and every partnership we forge is designed to enhance the hiring process. This isn't just our business; it's our passion. Let's transform hiring together 🤝 #makehiringbetter #missionstatement #contingentworkforcetechnology

Company culture. It's something that is talked about so often with all different sized organizations. From my experience, very little actually live out the "culture" they preach. It's something that if it was really established and lived out, could truly change your employees work (and personal) lives, and create a much more cohesive environment for the better. At the end of the day, strong culture helps bring people together and helps build something wonderful! "Loving and serving through business" is a common phrase here at Torrent Consulting, it's part of our culture and who we are. Not even just something that is talked about, it's something that is felt and practiced throughout our organization daily and is passed on to our clients. Our culture is just one of the exciting topics I get to cover with candidates in my daily conversations, and it's a discussion topic I never tire of conversing about! On a personal note, Torrent's culture and Core Values have changed my life in so many different ways, for the better. So I'm curious, how has company culture(s) throughout your career affected you in a positive way? In a negative way? #companyculturematters #buildsomethinggreater

Dear #LinkedIndiary, #Alx kicked off this week, and as much as I am excited, I’m scared as well. It feels like stepping onto a roller coaster—thrilling yet terrifying. I can’t help but think about the looming deadlines and the weight of expectations. What if I don’t meet them? What if I stumble and fall behind? There’s this nagging fear of not having the accountability I crave. I’ve thrived in environments where teamwork and support are the norm, but this journey feels a bit solitary. I wonder, will I have what it takes to keep myself on track? Am I going to be able to motivate myself when things get tough? Then there’s the fear of inclusion. Will I feel like I truly belong? Will my voice be heard? In a sea of new faces, I can’t help but worry about fitting in and building connections. It's daunting to think about how I’ll navigate the social landscape while also keeping up with my tasks. Juggling all of this feels like a monumental task in itself. I know it’s not going to be an easy journey. I wonder what the assignments will look like, what challenges I'll face, and if I'll be able to rise to the occasion. The unknown is both exciting and intimidating. But here’s the thing: I recognize that this is a chance to push beyond my comfort zone. It’s an opportunity to grow, to learn, and to confront my fears head-on. Everyone has these common fears—doubt, isolation, and the fear of failure. It’s what makes us human, right? So, I’m leaning into this vulnerability. I’m embracing the journey ahead, recognizing that it’s okay to feel scared. It’s a sign that I’m stepping outside my usual boundaries and striving for something more. This experience is a chance to evolve and redefine my limits. Here’s to the challenge, the uncertainty, and the growth that lies ahead. Let’s see where this roller coaster takes us! 🎢 #PersonalGrowth #Vulnerability #ChallengeAccepted #BeyondComfortZone

Early Careers Talent Leaders, what steps are you taking to create #neuroinclusive hiring processes? 🧠 I thoroughly enjoyed (and resonated with!), Matt Alder's recent podcast episode (link in comments 👇) with Tania Martin, former Head of EY's Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence, on building a Neuro-Inclusive Hiring Process and why it’s so crucial. Recent research revealed that 50% of Gen Z are either diagnosed or self-identify as being neurodivergent 💡 This means that now more than ever, especially within #earlycareers, we need to adapt our processes, so that we don’t risk missing out on the incredible talent and #skills of our upcoming generation. By hiring a diverse team and bringing people of different views, skills, and neurotypes together, companies can foster a more creative and innovative environment, which is proven to improve performance. I particularly enjoyed learning about Tania’s strategies for accessing untapped talent pools, and look forward to using these ideas for future early careers hiring at Spotted Zebra 🚀 What steps are you taking to contribute to the future of neuroinclusion? #earlycareers #neurodiversity #neuroinclusion

Lesson learned: "to know exactly when it's my turn to kick the ball 🦵⚽" (sorry for the terrible translation from a spanish expression) Today I want so share a lesson learned from Qualabs’ growth and our continuous structural changes and roles definition. Initially, we sought highly flexible roles, promoting collaboration and teamwork, and the sense that "no one wins unless everybody wins". And the truth is, everyone in this picture did an amazing job at that. We operate with Business Units that are accoutable for the value delivery for a set of clients as well as taking care of the engineering teams working for those clients. A BU is composed of a Delivery Manager, a Technical Manager, and a People Operations Manager. They, as a team, are responsible for the BU results. Something we've had to learn (and particularly myself), is the importance of having clarity in individual objectives. While teamwork and collaboration 🧩 are crucial, it’s equally vital for everyone to know their primary responsibility: what is it that I'm specially accountable for. It might sound simple or even obvious, but for us, as we were growing and figuring out what structure our strategy needed, it was a journey. We had to create roles and learn along the way. A significant learning this year has been ensuring that each person knows their role clearly while understanding that we must play as a team to win. No one wins if the team loses. No one wins if good people leave the company. No one wins if clients are unhappy, don’t renew their contracts, or don’t want to grow their relationship with us. So, the team’s success remains crucial, but personal achievements and the agility to own responsibilities are just as important. Business requires we remain lean! That’s why I want to pause today to thank 🙏 and congratulate 👏 this team, our management #team. Most of them have been with us for years, showing adaptability and trust, molding their roles to the evolving needs of Qualabs and their professional development. 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you for your dedication, flexibility, and continuous efforts. Here’s to many more successful quarters together! We are building the future of #videotech together! 💪

🎉 New Beginnings & Life's Twists 🌱 I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve started a new position at Growisto as a Talent Acquisition Associate. This is a huge milestone for me, and I’m looking forward to all the new experiences and challenges that come with it. But I want to be honest getting to this point has been anything but smooth. My personal life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately. I’ve had my fair share of moments where everything felt like it was falling apart. There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed, questioning how I could manage the emotional rollercoaster while still trying to move forward in my career. In the midst of the chaos, though, I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve discovered the importance of allowing myself to feel everything, even when it’s uncomfortable, and the strength that comes from pushing through those tough moments. I’ve also been reminded of how much it means to have people in your corner, and I'm grateful to my friends, family, and colleagues who stood by me, offering their unwavering support. I’m thankful to Toshika Aggarwal for being a guiding force in my journey. Your support and advice have been essential, I also want to give a shoutout to YourDOST for being a lifeline when I needed it most. A huge thank you to Pritesh Mittal, Rahul Kedia and Pooja Sinha for giving me this amazing opportunity at Growisto and making the transition so seamless. I am truly grateful for their support! If there’s one thing I’ve taken away from this experience, it’s that life doesn’t always go as planned and that’s okay. Sometimes, the most important growth happens when everything feels uncertain. So here’s to new beginnings, embracing the messiness of life, and trusting that everything will work out in the end. 🥂🥂 #NewChapter #LifeLessons #Resilience #Gratitude #PersonalGrowth
