Hey there, everyone! Can you believe it’s already been two months since I joined the Saleshandy team? Time really does fly! Anyway, I wanted to share two awesome things I’ve learned here: 1. Putting in the effort is key! You might not always get the exact results you want, but the effort you put in really counts. So, don’t be afraid to give it your all – it’s never wasted. 2. Don’t hesitate to ask questions! Seriously, if you're unsure about something, just ask. It's better to seek clarity than to stay in the dark. And hey, for those of us who tend to overthink, remember: asking questions doesn’t make you dumb; it shows you’re eager to learn! PS: Got any tips for my journey ahead? I’m all ears! Pumped to announce I've been promoted to AE @ Letterdrop! When I first joined Letterdrop a year ago: - nearly all of our pipeline came inbound from LinkedIn - we were selling a different product to a different buyer - we only had a few early customers Since then, we've: - built an outbound playbook & booked hundreds of meetings (just broke our outbound pipeline record by A LOT in August when everyone is supposed to be on vacation) - launched a new product people are raving about that I genuinely think every GTM team should have - closed 50+ new logos What's next: - helping even more new logos smash pipeline targets w/ social selling (I think this is where I come in???) - turning a great product into a world class one, we're shipping new features weekly - growing the team, if you're a BDR / AE holler at me in a few months Special thanks to Parthi Loganathan & Zach Francisco for taking a chance on me with very little experience And thanks to folks like Sam Levis, Laura Nelson, Niels Kvaavik & many others who lent a helping hand when I had little to give in return New priority #1 is absolutely destroying my ramp. The Lumiform chapter of my career is coming to a close. What an amazing journey it has been! 🌟 A huge thank you to the incredible founders, Lukas Blasberg and Philip Roelen-Blasberg, for their vision and support. My heartfelt thanks also go to my managers, Patric Grassmann and Christian Lieder, for their guidance and leadership. After 7 years of climbing the ranks from marketing to SDR to Sales Director, I've seen a lot—some things good, others… not so much. I’ve witnessed CEOs overpromising, teams chasing instant results, and a lack of understanding that sales cycles take time and real investment. The thing I hated the most was the overhyping - No your CRM won't solve world hunger neither your engineers will develop miracles in less than 2 months! Quick fixes and shortcuts might seem appealing, but they rarely lead to long-term success and that's what bothers me the most with current leadership!
