GCSE Results day! Today GCSE results came out and another wave of emotions have taken place. Both joy, upset and I’m not sure of what will happen next, have crossed minds today. Well from experience, a wave of emotions means we are living for starters, and we have decisions to make. If your result didn’t go as planned, ask yourself what can I do next? Do I sit down and think, well that’s the end of my dream or do you stand up, dust yourself off and look forward to the next opportunity or direction that is coming your way. For those of us in the Christian faith we would say God has other plans for my path and I need to be still and listen to what He has in store. For He knew me before I was created. So, look up and be happy that you have an opportunity to change your original path and make the new one a success. There is no one stopping you but yourself. “Get Wisdom, Find Insights, Receive Understanding!” #newpaths #newdreams #newbeginnings #motivationalspeaking

As today is the dreaded collection of GCSE results, I want to wish all those who have or are collecting them, all the best of luck in the world. Congratulations to those that recieved great results, the better than expected results and those who got what they expected. What I also want to say, to those that didn't get the results needed, these results are merely a stepping stone in life. They don't define who you are or what you become in the future. Yes they are important, but when you get older, you realise they are a stepping stone to the greater things. Take time off, exams are exhausting and sometimes better paths lie ahead. Learn that it is OK to fail, it doesn't always mean you have to stop. Once you are ready, sit down and re-evaluate, what you want to do, what could have gone wrong but also celebrate what went right (even if that was in other subjects).

GCSE grades don’t define you. It’s GCSE results day today and here I am again to say that the printed letters don’t define you nor your ability What helped me during the period of sadness of my not so great results is realising those printed grades, at that very moment, are static But YOU are dynamic, a letter doesn’t change who you will be in let’s say 5 years time 😁 Congratulations to all who are receiving their results today and remember where you’ve come from - this time is important don’t get me wrong but it shouldn’t define where you want to be 🫶 Stay amazing! #StudentSuccess #GCSEResultsDay

*I wish I had another opportunity: Don't Take Anything for Granted* As I prepared for my final exams (SSCE) in secondary school, I was determined to excel. I studied tirelessly, convinced that I had everything under control. But, in my zeal, I made a careless mistake - I missed the exam date when it was unexpectedly changed. I was studying on the same day the exam was held, unaware of the change. Despite my hard work, I failed to write the exam, and to this day, I haven't had the opportunity to retake it. The experience was painful, but it taught me a valuable lesson: never assume you have all the facts. No matter how confident you are, always double-check with others to ensure you haven't overlooked something crucial. I learned the hard way that a single mistake can be costly and have long-lasting consequences. My story serves as a reminder to stay vigilant and humble, even when we feel most prepared. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay informed, seek guidance, and never take opportunities for granted. I hope my story helps you and others learn from my experience! * Double check that information * Be vigilant * Stay informed. #10daysconsistencychallengewithdaniel #Personalgrowth

Consistency & Discipline John has completed his junior cert exams, and he can finally enjoy the summer holidays! 🌞 When John's mock exam results came in, it was clear that we had more work to do to help him prepare. I could help with only four subjects, but for the others, we had to seek external help. We made a plan Our 12-week plan included: Monday to Friday: 1 hour in the morning (he would write out flashcards) and 1 hour in the evening (we would do revision) 📝 Weekends - no study Each week we had clear goals and ticked these off when completed Sticking to this plan required discipline and consistency from both of us of course. It was not always easy. There were days when life interrupted our schedule, and we missed our scheduled study time, but we stayed flexible and kept going. In these 12 weeks we completed all we set out to do! This was the first big project for John and i am very proud of his dedication and hard work on this. 💪✨ #Discipline #Consistency #ProudParent #Education #Milestone #HardWork #Achievement #SummerBreak
