Most motorcycle reviews are either about new models just being released or retrospective reviews of vintage or classic models. Even “long-term” reviews of contemporary models tend to be somewhat limited in terms of only a few thousand miles or mere weeks or months of commuter bike duty.  If you’re like me, when you lay out some major cash for a new motorcycle and tend to keep bikes beyond the warranty period, you may wonder about long-term durability.
