Although Founders are great and receive most of the spotlight. The reality is that we are nothing without our team members. As a leader I work not only for my investors and customers but I absolutely work for my team. Having a servant-leadership approach has allowed me to build a rapport that even in our worse moments and tough conversations they know that I have pure intentions and at the end of the day I am in business to build a rocket ship. More founders should think this way and lead this way. We are BLESSED to have them working with us. Never get too comfortable.

**HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL** On Tuesday, we had our Strategy Workshop with the #Leadership Team. The workshop usually begins with insights from the market and considerations on positioning for portagon It's crucial for us to be the decisive player in a changing market and to create added value in the right areas. As a "small" company, multipliers are becoming increasingly important, so we have refined our positioning and examined how our tech expertise can enhance the market. A lot will happen in the next 24 months. The groundwork has been laid, and now it's time for implementation! PS: Jamal asked me to censor the picture as it is highly confidential.
