Three years ago, we launched Leo&Go as Vulog's own mobility showcase in Lyon. I often think, "Why didn't we do this sooner?" The journey has been nothing short of transformative, providing invaluable insights that have shaped Vulog into not just a superior mobility software provider but also a genuine expert in operating mobility services. Here's a quick look at what we've accomplished: - Fleet Growth: we've scaled up to nearly 400 vehicles so far, making sure we cater to the diverse mobility needs of the Greater Lyon area - Versatile Services: we've deployed multiple mobility solutions tailored to the unique demands of the community (from hourly to daily trips and monthly susbcriptions) - Rapid Profitability: we achieved EBIT profitability in just 21 months, proving that carsharing can be a successful business when done right These milestones are more than just numbers; they reflect our dedication to better serving our customers. By understanding the intricacies of running a mobility service, we're now in a stronger position to help our clients provide exceptional customer experiences and reach profitability faster than ever before.
