I have been focused on the IT Automation space ever since I joined Red Hat. Over that time, Red Hat has made significant investments in this under-appreciated but vital space while supporting and catalyzing a vibrant Ansible community. What this study clearly shows is the extent to which Red Hat and the Ansible community have pulled ahead of the competition.
I think it is important to underscore why this is important. Automation is a key enabler for all of today's headline grabbing initiatives such as cloud, VM migration, containerization and AI. Most large enterprise customers have a fragmented approach to automation with dozens of point-automation tools. Ansible's approach is different. We offer a single, unified automation approach for the whole enterprise. This approach offers better scalability, security and efficiency but it requires both a strong offering and a prescient strategy. This study confirms what I see every day in the marketplace, there is only one clear choice for Enterprise Automation today - Ansible Automation Platform.
Ansible by Red Hat, Red Hat, Red Hat - APAC
The results are in. Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform received the highest possible scores across 10 criteria in a recent evaluation. Read The Forrester Wave™: Infrastructure Automation Platforms, Q4 2024: https://red.ht/3ZA8oeN #AWSreInvent
This performance of Ansible Automation platform in the Forrester Wave was expected because Ansible by Red Hat streamlines IT operations and reduces technical debt using human-readable YAML files for configuration and automation. This simplifies processes, ensures team alignment, and treats infrastructure as code, making automation accessible and delivering faster, reliable outcomes. Cheers!!!
