Yesterday and today was a lot to juggle with a sick kiddo at home and a partner on the road, but I have the flexibility to show up as both a business leader and a mom. As a woman small owned business, growing my business is both a professional challenge and a personal journey of empowerment. Starting Before You’re Ready: Why Taking the Leap is Worth It 🚀 When I first launched She Is Glowing Club, I had one major fear: What if I’m the only one who cares about this? 🥺️ At the time, topics like women in business and self-development weren’t as big as they are now. There was no similar platform in Lithuania to what I envisioned—a community-based membership for entrepreneurial women. I thought, What if people don’t understand? What if they don’t see the value in what I’m offering? 🤔 Building something new is never easy. If you’re selling soup, everyone already knows what it is. But when you’re building a completely new concept, like She Is Glowing, you have to educate people about why they need it. And let’s be honest, that can feel daunting. But here’s what I learned: 👉 Be fast. Competitors will copy your idea, but if you’re quick to establish yourself as the go-to, they can’t catch up. 👉 Turn clients into advocates. Your biggest asset is a community of people who love what you’ve created so much, they spread the word for you. I know many women have the same fears and doubts when starting something new—What if I’m misunderstood? What if no one cares? I’ve been there. But trust me, once you take that leap, the right people will follow. So if you’re hesitating to start your business, project, or next big idea, my advice is simple: start before you feel ready. You’ll figure it out along the way. ✨
