These questions dominated Builders, Endeavor's internal leadership development program, that wrapped up last week. Originally I was going to recap the whole program in one post but, um, that'd be way too much. And of course, there's no self-awareness like that of understanding how truly hungry you are after battling tourist traffic on the Brooklyn Bridge on the way to Jiuliana's Pizza.
