Support the development and retention of school leaders through our work at Cahn Fellowship. As Jason Grissom, Anna Egalite, and Constance Lindsay, in a Wallace Foundation report, found that “Principals really matter. Indeed, given not just the magnitude but the scope of principal effects… it is difficult to envision an investment with a higher ceiling on its potential return than a successful effort to improve principal leadership.”
This Giving Tuesday, make an impact that lasts a lifetime! Every dollar counts toward building stronger school leaders and brighter futures for students. Donate now and empower education leaders today! https://lnkd.in/efFjAnjA #givingtuesday

Did you know your Goodwill shopping and donating last month helped 3,213 people in northwest North Carolina? When you shop and donate to your local Goodwill, 87 cents of every dollar spent in stores directly funds our mission to connect people to good, sustainable work. Some received skills training, and others worked on finishing their high school education—all got help, thanks to you! We can't wait to see all we will accomplish together in the month ahead. 💙
