Think about master planned communities or three or four condominiums or you know here in the Golden Horseshoe or or South South Florida in different places. So these can be 45671015 year deal. So on an annualized basis what do we shoot for Sasha? Yeah, The easiest way to describe it is we shoot for kind of a net 20% annualized to the investor. And as you point out, depending on what it is that we're building and over what period of time, usually it's you know, I make my investment at the beginning and then when all is said and done, that's when I get the the profit. And when you when you average that out over time it it works out to about 20%. So we always say internally our goal is to double our money every five years. If you're doing a project for example, that's ten years, then you should be able to double your money. Two times over over that period of time. So it's always kind of shooting for that 20% net return to investors.
