Grateful and Emotional Moment! Being away on a business trip with limited network connectivity, I couldn't coordinate with my on-ground team as much as I’d like. But seeing how they successfully executed order and maintained strong communication with our valuable patron made me emotional. 💫 Building a service-based startup, especially from a tier-2 city like Guwahati, takes a heavy toll—both mentally and physically. But moments like these remind me that it's all worth it. One of the core values I’ve always emphasized at QuickGhy is keeping the human-to-human touch alive, no matter how far we go. We are not just a service provider; we are building relationships, and this is at the heart of everything we do. I’m immensely grateful to my entire team for their dedication and hard work. THIS is testament to our efforts of building it from Assam. A client from Bangalore who had placed an order went ahead to appreciate our efforts and how they have been following us since the past few years. Do you think 24 is greater than 48? Many of us do. Let me explain how. They are the ones who brave the 48 degree temperatures, warm winds, damp helmets & crazy traffic. They are our real brand ambassadors in the market. The ones our customers see, meet & know. One of my visits, they told me there is no cooler in branch (in Microfinance, coolers are big, ACs aren’t). When asked, admin told me branches near Guwahati don’t need them. After he went to visit them, his opinion changed. Field visits tell you what accuweather won’t. In my trips, I always spend at least 1 day with my field team. From system issues, ERP glitches, smart jugaads, they give the best & honest feedback. They also know city’s best tea spot😊 My opinion? To build a team, spend time in the 48 regularly. Don’t just empathize, be them. See their problems, live their issues. Remember, all bricks in a wall are equal. Yet, the ones at the base & in the foundation, bear more weight. Do not judge field’s life wearing management lens. Don’t make decisions for 48, sitting in a comfortable 24. Delighted to announce that Servomate received order from NHAI through their contractor for 60KVA 42 units for Toll Plazas from Guwahati to Jaipur. This expressway will reduce the distance and time travel between two cities, will also increase economic activities through out this belt.

Today at Blinket Kolkata, Sodepur, in the K4 warehouse, 110 pickers logged in for outbound . They were informed before picking that all orders to be processed today had to be completed by 4 AM, as our duty was from 7 PM to 4 AM. Currently, there are so many orders that it's impossible for the pickers to complete them. The outbound TL and manager have been using abusive language towards one of the pickers, forcing us to discuss 100 orders. Despite having orders after 4 AM, we were compelled to log out of our devices. This situation is a result of the inappropriate behavior of the outbound manager and TL, who have spoken to us in a very disrespectful manner. I want everyone to know how the behavior of those running such a large company affects us. If no action is taken against this, K4 may end up shutting down, just like Blinket 1 and 2. If those who work hard for this company are not treated with respect, how can they continue to work there? I wanted to share a personal story about my experiences working in the transport industry, from the early days of learning from my father to taking on leadership roles and overcoming complex challenges. Here's a glimpse into my journey... From the dusty roads to the bustling highways, I've seen it all. Growing up, I worked alongside my father in our family's transport business, learning the ins and outs of the industry. I remember the early morning starts, the endless cups of chai, and the countless hours spent ensuring our trucks reached their destinations on time. As I took on more responsibilities, I faced numerous challenges - from navigating treacherous terrain to managing unpredictable weather conditions. But with each obstacle, I grew more determined to succeed. One particular project stands out - transporting a critical consignment from Jabalpur to Guwahati, covering over 1,800 km in just 72 hours. The pressure was intense, but I worked tirelessly, coordinating with drivers, monitoring routes, and troubleshooting issues in real-time. We delivered the consignment on time, earning the trust and appreciation of our clients. That moment made all the hard work worth it. Working in the transport industry has taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, problem-solving, and teamwork. I'm proud to be part of this sector, and I'm excited to take on new challenges and opportunities.
