Tomorrow is my 21st anniversary and in celebration of love, I will share, how I met my spouse. It is our love story. This weekend, focus on your love story, write it down, share it with your spouse. A little nudge will go a long way… A MOMENT OF CLARITY - Finding yourself out of place in life - but looking in the direction of where you want to go is a POWERFUL position to be in - but it’s also called the UNKNOWN. You don’t know if you will ever get out. Sometimes one wrong decision or slipping on some rocks can put you in an UNKNOWN situation. But looking in the direction of where you’re wanting to go is essential to the time spent in that position - which is needed to remain “Alive,” if you will - and have that moment with self to reflect on things you wouldn’t normally have time to reflect on or think about. And because you/me/the turtle are literally caught between “a rock and a hard place” lol, the vision becomes clear, time because more valuable and decisions are vetted more. Change comes and when it does often times someone comes along with a timely nudge that’ll get you back on your way. That said - if you’re the turtle take the time reflect on what got you there. Learn from it, recieve your blessing “that little nudge,” be grateful for it and move on. And if you’re the gentleman, be that, gentle with your nudge. It didn’t asked to be stuck there. No one wants to be stuck, anywhere. Example: If you’re giving someone money I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t want it thrown at them. Anyway, be kind in your giving!!! Would love to elaborate more … this guy deserves a lot of credit. Some people would’ve taken selfies. Others would’ve walked passed… others would’ve called for help. Either way compassion meets availability meets Doing something about - “a turtle being stuck.

Celebrate indoors: If venturing outside for Holi celebrations isn't advisable, consider celebrating indoors with close family and friends. This way, you can control the environment and ensure the patient's safety.
