We are delighted to be listed as one of the UK’s top inclusive employers, ranking 43rd. The annual Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index, published by the National Centre for Diversity, recognises organisations that have taken strong steps to embed inclusive practices into the core of their operations and who demonstrate their commitment to building inclusive cultures. In 2023, our partnership at Sellafield Ltd became the first in nuclear to be accredited as an Investor in Diversity by the National Centre for Diversity. Earlier this year, we were also recognised by the Government’s Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) who presented us with a prestigious Diversity and Inclusion Award. The recognition is testament to everyone across our teams who promote a culture where everyone feels welcome and valued. #TeamPPP
