From the early days of our launch to where we stand today, the growth we've experienced is nothing short of incredible. I’m thrilled to share the incredible growth and impact we've achieved at Nected (https://lnkd.in/gvvJek9Z). Our journey has been driven by three things: 1) Hard work of our entire team 2) Success of our clients/users and their trust in our platform. 3) Having clear long term vision and being true to it. When we launched in October, and saw our first big chunk of sign-ups, I felt special. Fast forward to today, we have more than 10x’ed that number of signups! Seeing so many teams adopt Nected and transform their operations has been truly rewarding. Adding to that is our Organic efforts. What started with just 700 visitors at launch, has now grown to over 11,000 visitors each month. This traffic growth has been pivotal in expanding our reach, helping more businesses discover Nected as well as making Nected enterprise-ready. Cherry on the cake was getting noted in enterprise by small teams and then moving way up the ladder. Our monthly demos increasing by 8X stands as a testament to the demand our platform has gained. More teams are eager to see firsthand how Nected can make a difference in automating their complex decisions using LCNC tools like rule engine, workflow operations and experimentation engine. Another significant milestone (given that we are into PLG / sales-assisted GTM) is that platform executions have quadrupled since our launch. This highlights Nected's reliability and efficiency, and the growing trust our users have in Nected to handle their most critical & time-sensitive processes. We’ve come a long way in less than a year, but this is just the beginning. Yesterday, I had the good fortune to be in Austin and attended the Partnership Leaders event at the SixSense offices there. A big shout out Asher Mathew, Jared Fuller, Antoine Roubaud and sponsors from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Impartner Software for a great event! I thought I would like to share some my raw and unfiltered reactions, so feel free to share an follow as this should be a fun conversation. 💡First, the bad, or well the disappointing. As those of you who know me, I have been on a search for a few months for a new Partner Leader role, unfortunately, I had many conversations with people in the same boat. We are clearly seeing a paradigm shift towards partnership being valued from startup to Cloud platform, so I am excited for the day when there are not enough partnership professionals to go around. Events Like this and the efforts of folks like Greg Portnoy are a great step. Let’s keep it up! 💡The event was filled with a variety of great folks from so many parts of Partnerships spectrum. I spoke to PMs from startups brand new in their role to VPs at major software companies. I made some great new friends, Monica Aggarwal, Carlos Love, MBA to name a few. What we all had in common was learning from each other and a thirst for more content and play books, best practices and tools that were designed for us and help drive partnerships. Shout out to nearbound.com, Crossbeam, and Superglue to name a few. 💡Most importantly, the conversation so often turned to, now we have tools, we can capture data and communicate value IRL! But, how do build the business process and measurements that will help c-suite understand the value and the process of partner success. How do we create buy in and alignment across the business? This is where the conversation is going and a number of us are working hard to get there, but yesterday showed me manny of us are still misunderstood, measured inappropriately, and undervalued. I’m not being negative, but a lot of work to do and I am very happy to have this community to support us! #partnershipsuccess #gotoeco #alliances

“YESSSSS!” “Why are you celebrating?” “My one and only client didn’t cancel didn’t cancel their subscription this month” “...” “I’m on my way to product market fit… I can just feel it”. ---- Last week I had the pleasure of presenting a session on Product Market Fit for the Green Tech accelerator program, run by the lovely people at Tramshed Tech When pulling together the slides, I thought to myself: do we need another article on what product market fit is? So instead, I shared some ideas on the useful parts of this concept. Things like: - Just because you reach it, it doesn’t mean you stop. It’s a process. - Just because a business has reached it, doesn’t mean they’ve got their s$%^ together either. - Only 58% of businesses achieve it. If it feels difficult, you’re doing it right; everyone finds it hard. - Go where the research tells you. That means, don't go in fixated that you must offer your product at a certain price point. Also, be open - the segment you start to validate may be very different to where your actual revenue comes from. Here are some of the slides we went through.
