In my opinion, the utility operators need to be the ones who who step up by marking on time and then the excavators will relax and and slow down that volume. But ultimately a lot of the majority of tickets is utility work anyway. So in some ways it's, you know, excavators Subs for utility A who are causing problems for utility B and then the Subs for utility B the excavator Subs causing problems. Or utility or there are multiple but it they're ultimately doing it all to themselves and sometimes it's one arm doesn't know what the other arm's doing I mean even just yesterday Sarah and I were visiting city of Las Vegas public works director and they were commenting on how they're locating staff. Harley guys in fact have a hard time keeping up with some of the work that their own crews call in from the excavating arm of the city because they're not coordinating that and, and their own. Crews are saying, hey, wait a minute, why did you create this ticket? You don't even have that's that project isn't even isn't even fully green lighted yet. So it's just kind of interesting to to see how sometimes the companies are so big that the utility operators are doing this to themselves. Ultimately, in my opinion, it's interesting. I was trying to pick out which one you were fighting for, which one you were saying whether it was the players in the system. It sounded like you were going to go to the players and then you almost went back to the systems kind of created this gap. This issue where I I think that all the players in the game want the correct outcome. The every stakeholder would once damage prevention, they do not want utility strikes. So I think that the. The why for everyone is all the same. We want this now. I think that there has been gaps in the system that I know I've seen on my side. All the players in my opinion are really trying their best, but they also see the gaps and they see, OK, I can take advantage of these gaps and I can lean back a little bit. Instead of over perform, I think they're performing to what the system is said. This is what we should do. But over perform I think is where you were mentioning. We have the ability of taking an extra step and maybe doing a little bit more. On the player side, so again, if the answer, if you're going black or white, it's Gray and it's almost every time you get an indie black or white conversation, Gray is going to be the answer. But yeah, I see both. Yeah, I think you're exactly right. Because when I hear that question, I think it's a little bit simplistic to ask ask the question in the manner that it's asked because it really is kind of like you were saying a holistic thing because I I like to relate a lot of things to athletics and you think about, you know, the players can only play within the system that the rules have been applied, right, so you. Give you the rules are saying you have to do this or this or they restrict or this or that, then there's something wrong maybe with the system, if you will. But the players themselves have to also play within those rules and they have to potentially help influence the way the system itself works because they're the actual end users, if you will. And so the system, if you will, you know, people in your position, James and and running contact centers, you know, are they as are they as receptive to what the players are actually saying in the field? So that maybe there is some effective change that could be made so that the system works a little bit better for the players. But I think I, I look at it as the, the players ultimately have control over how the system goes. We, we tend to overload the system or the system is not functioning correctly because the players aren't communicating. The system allow you to do that because if the system allows you to do that, well, then the players are gonna do what the system allows you to do. So that's where the system itself has to say, OK, if we have an issue here, well, let's identify it and do something about it as opposed to blaming someone else about it. Right? To some degree, yeah. But I don't think, I don't think it's been identified. What is the, what is the key issue here? Right. You're hitting it on the head. We've had, we have a ton of discussions like this. We have these discussions, right? Point. You know, are there constructive action things coming out? Right. I know we have a 50 and five initiative. The CGI eight, I think we'd all love to have that happen and I really think that's a great thing. But what's the path to that, right? I mean, I think we have an idea, but has it been charted? Have there been milestones chart?
