Have you ever wondered how much of an impact the real estate agent you choose can have on your buying or selling experience? Well, it could be one of the biggest decisions you make in your real estate journey. So let's clear up some common myths about working with an agent. Hey, it's Paul Rosso, everyone's trusted go to home selling guy. And today on Rosso on real estate episode 312, I'm talking about some of the myths out there about working with a real estate agent and why picking the right agent can be a game changer. So let's start off with myth #1 all agents are the same. For this myth is not true. Agents have different levels of experience, specialties and market knowledge. It's like getting your hair done. You wouldn't go to a stylist who only does kids cuts for a big event, right? So finding an agent who understands your budget and needs is key to your success. Myth #2 You can save money by skipping an agent. This myth is false. Without an agent, you risk making costly mistakes like overpriced in your house. A great agent not only saves you money but also handles all the headaches. Trust me, they're expertise is worth every penny. Myth #3 agents push for higher commissions. Well, this method is also not true. A good agent respects your budget and works for your best interests, not their own. They'll find a home that fits your financial goals, not theirs. And myth #4 market conditions are the same everywhere. Well, this myth is also false. Markets are regional, so you need a pro who knows your specific region to navigate trends and get you the best deal. So what do you think?
