Great post. There has to be more to a job than just making money to pay the bills...or if the job isn't enough (bills have to be paid and not everyone has the luxury of finding purpose and a salary in work) then find something else that fulfils that sense of purpose. For me REACT Disaster Response filled that gap when I needed it most and helped me through hard times. It helped me get a grip on the identity and purpose I felt when I served in the military. I am very lucky that I have that sense of purpose in the role I am in today at Neuron, being a part of a growth story is an exciting journey especially when you believe that the products you are taking to market will have a positive impact on your customers/partners and their business. I still expect to jump back into the world of being a humanitarian, hopefully with RE:ACT but my focus for the coming years is to see the success of Neuron and our customers and partners. #purpose #veterans #ikigai #startups #scaleups #digitaltransformation #valuecreation #humanitarian #disasterresponse
