🏘️ As the only de-duplicated source of address-level data for nearly 80,000 federally assisted rental properties and five million homes in the U.S., the National Housing Preservation Database (NHPD) can keep families stably housed and neighborhoods strong 💪 by equipping users with the data they need to preserve affordable housing. 🏡 As 342,809 U.S. homes could lose their affordability restrictions in the next five years, communities need to act to create and preserve affordable housing. 📊 The right data can equip advocates, government agencies, community development organizations, financial partners, legal aid organizations, researchers, and tenants to intervene and preserve affordable homes in their communities.
