Every month we go through our agency numbers, two things always stands out. Based on standards established by the 'Big I' we average more policies v peers in the same category while averaging lower premium per customer v peers. We see this as understanding the right placement for our clients. We also have a longer customer retention average per customer v peers in the same category. These are core metrics for us - we'll take less premium volume for longer customer retention because it means we are doing the right things. Of course we could be measured in different ways by different data sets and peer groups, but we don't let that change our perspective here.
