Impact evidence is so important. As a non-profit, it’s vital we hold ourselves to account, both to those we seek to serve and to those who fund our work. We also need impact evidence to support our own learning on effectiveness. We have to know that funds are used to good effect: that they achieve results, and that they improve the lives of our clients and their communities. Answering the question, ‘Are we doing the right things?’ requires deep and comprehensive data collection, analysis and review. Read more about how we're doing this in our 2023 Global Impact Report. 

This report is filled with the outreach, outcomes, and impacts that hardworking families in marginalized communities have achieved, in partnership with Opportunity International. The kind of great news that has kept me here for 20 years!

By combining R & D and S & E Voice can resolve global warming issues to protect human and environmental health; Indeed, there isn't a global platform specifically designed for world citizens to collectively voice their opinions and suggestions on issues such as judiciary misconduct and maladministration in political systems. While there are various international organizations and platforms that address related issues, none offer a comprehensive, unified space for global citizen engagement on these specific matters. 

Most recently, LinkedIn recognized me as a Top R & D voice but I think we need top Social & Economy Voice (S & E Voice).: R & D Voice vs S & E Voice Indeed, there isn't a global platform specifically designed for world citizens to collectively voice their opinions and suggestions on issues such as judiciary misconduct and maladministration in political systems. While there are various international organizations and platforms that address related issues, none offer a comprehensive, unified space for global citizen engagement on these specific matters. So we need to have the  Social & Economy Voice global platform. By providing a centralized platform for global citizens to share their voices and collaborate on social and economic issues, "Top S & E Voice" can: Empower individuals to take an active role in societal reforms. Enhance transparency and accountability in governance. Foster global solidarity and collective action for positive change. Drive meaningful improvements in human and environmental health. Contribute to peace and security in societies worldwide. This platform could serve as a beacon of hope and a powerful tool for those seeking to make a difference in the world. Let us build the platform! Be the  Top S & E Voicer! To be a Top S & E Voicer, you need to embody the principles of active engagement, informed advocacy, and persistent pursuit of positive change in social and economic spheres.

When I think about the future, I think about a future in which we can believe. That doesn't change based on the result of a democratic election. It's strengthened by it. We're in an era where it's far too easy, and far too tempting, to think of the neighbor who voted for "not our choice" as someone to be condemned, scorned, or cast aside. Don't. Talk to them. Break bread with them. Build a better future with them. I'll keep working to build the intersection of #business and #impact. I'll keep finding ways to bring #opportunity and #qualityjobs into conversations where they might not otherwise be. And I'll keep my North Star focused on the #outcomes we achieve when we realize how to work together towards a common set of goals: Better. Fairer. Faster.

𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It is important to always reflect on where you are from to know where you need to go. As we deal with the new blueprint of how this country will be structured it is important to know that your acceptance of continued wrongs from the past is a sign of complacency. We will learn very soon how the disparity will be widened not only in society but within the workplace as well. You can not become worthless in this new society that will be heavily focused on tech advancements without regulation. 𝗦𝗼, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺? What steps will you take that are not only an asset and monetarily beneficial but help to close the gap on disparity?
