"What does it actually mean to have 'passion for the business'?" Just one of the questions posed to employers by our panel of members at last week's Research Breakfast event. With so many buzzwords commonly used on job descriptions to describe the ideal candidate, this session revealed that these may be lost in translation when trying to attract Gen Z talent. Perhaps a more controversial thought from one of our panelists was that referring to your business as a 'family' may not be as appealing as you thought...
