Working remotely works—but only if you make time to meet in person. 🤝 Remote work has its perks: flexibility, focus, and no commute. But there’s one thing virtual meetings can’t fully replace: the connection built when a team comes together in person. Here’s why in-person meetups matter: ▶️ Builds Trust: Face-to-face interactions create a deeper sense of understanding and credibility. ▶️ Strengthens Bonds: Shared experiences—whether brainstorming or sharing a laugh—create lasting memories that foster team unity. ▶️ Reinforces Culture: Being together reminds us of the “why” behind what we’re building and the people we’re building it with.
