    The reality is that 97% of TikTok & TikTok Shop agencies are not equipped to give you actionable advice on a ban or a nonban heading into 2025. It's not their fault, but it does come down to one simple fact. TikTok is their ONLY channel. If all your eggs are in one basket, it's a recipe for disaster.     Want to press the gas on your affiliate marketing in 2025? Here are a few things we suggest. Let me know what we're missing! 1️⃣ Integrate Multi-Channel Closed loop solutions No one wants to click more than they have to. Use TikTok Shop, IG Partner + Product Tags with FB/IG Shops activated for full checkout, and the one I'm personally most bullish on for next year, YouTube affiliate shopping. Best part of YouTube is you can retroactively tag old videos that feature your content. 2️⃣ Constant outreach to new creators and sample tracked monthly for all channels. This is your TOF. You need to keep new creators coming in or eventually your revenue will plateau. Once you have a great program, you can flip the switch and have more creators come to you, but you'll still need to engage them once they express interest. 3️⃣An easy way to automate communications to affiliates including welcome flows, inspo, of your top-performing content, and personalized updates based on their progress. This is a time saver. You can do this via third party tools, email or SMS. 4️⃣ A central place to communicate with all affiliates like Discord, WhatsApp, or Slack group. Use this not just to manage but engage including short-form videos from the founders and exclusive brand info they can't get on your social channels allowing them to create truly unique content. 5️⃣ A VIP program for top creators based on GMV generated (include all platform GMV) that invites them to unique experiences, exclusive offers, and product release coordination. Use these experiences to feed more behind the scenes style content for your brand handle and their creator handles. 6️⃣ Monthly affiliate themes that correspond to your brand marketing calendar with minimal guidelines for creators but allow for cross-platform, cross-affiliate consistent branding messaging that doesn't get too stale or boring. Don't box creators in but give them something to build off of that correlates to your traditional marketing calendar.
