TEAM TALK - VOL. 5 🖐️ Everyone, say hi to Dan (our go-to, always-up-to-the-task man). 🤜🤛 Today, we’re shining a spotlight on our Head of Business Development, Daniel Hall. Dan joined the Farosian team just over five years ago and quickly became a key pillar within our company after showcasing his skills and unwavering tenacity in sales and business development. Dan is part of Farosian’s furniture and has played a vital role in building our company from the ground up, learning a lot about business and himself along the way. When Dan is not hard at work, you can find him running on the beach with his dogs (otherwise known as his children) or cheering on his favourite football teams, which, judging by his weekly updates in our team meetings, don’t seem to be doing so well. ⚽️ Fun fact about Dan: he is a dad-joke connoisseur. A massive shoutout to Dan for his constant hard work and for being an all round team player. Passion for Sustainability with a Heartbeat, Making Personal Impact ! One year ago I joined the amazing AllChiefs Sustainable Logistics Team. I had worked for over 30 years as an international business consultant all over the world in advising and supporting international organizations on Business Strategy and Transformation. Key topics included Cross-border Organisational Change, Digital Transformation, Innovation & Growth. Although Sustainability has always been an important element, working extensively in the energy sector an increasingly recognition for carbon intensive supply chains to accelerate their Energy Transition has become apparent. Inspired to make a positive change after meeting Azim Premji several times and working under his leadership ( Azim Premji Foundation & Wipro ). Coincidence let me to meet a former colleague and another inspirational individual, Sophie Punte again. Sophie had the vision, ability and drive to make global impact with setting up the Smart Freight Centre. This has given met the realisation that I want to leverage my experience and network to make a personal difference. Many global organisations have the purpose, ambition and drive to become more sustainable. However delivering net-zero logistics is a complex and integrated business challenge. This is where AllChiefs comes in (thanks for making the connect Sophie). AllChiefs is a boutique consulting scale-up with focus on helping international organisations with sustainable logistics. An International Consulting team with A Passion to make Impact, Diversity, and a Heartbeat. We work with those global leaders in sectors such as Food, Fashion, Pharma, Logistics and Energy that embrace sustainability as an integrated part of doing business.
