Dan joined the Farosian team just over five years ago and quickly became a key pillar within our company after showcasing his skills and unwavering tenacity in sales and business development. Dan is part of Farosian’s furniture and has played a vital role in building our company from the ground up, learning a lot about business and himself along the way. When Dan is not hard at work, you can find him running on the beach with his dogs (otherwise known as his children) or cheering on his favourite football teams, which, judging by his weekly updates in our team meetings, don’t seem to be doing so well. ⚽️ Fun fact about Dan: he is a dad-joke connoisseur. Our team eagerly anticipates these gatherings, which have forged bonds that are incredibly resilient. These events have also been instrumental in my growth as a leader. Team Building at #NOFFZ: Stronger Together! 🤝 Two weeks ago, it was time for another #teambuilding event – this time, the Customer Solution Center, Sales, Service and Marketing teams headed to Your Showdown - Dein Game Show Event. in Düsseldorf! We had the chance to showcase not only our knowledge and skills but, most importantly, our #teamspirit. Why are these team building events so important at NOFFZ❔ We firmly believe that strong collaboration is the foundation of our shared success. Regular team events help us strengthen relationships, build trust, and overcome challenges together outside of our daily work routines. After a few days in San Diego, my team and I found ourselves stuck at the San Diego airport due to fog. It wasn’t the ideal situation, but it turned into a reminder of why I’m so proud to work with this group of people. Instead of frustration, there was laughter. Instead of silence, there was collaboration (and maybe a little strategizing for 2025 😉). We shared stories, brainstormed ideas, and even managed to turn a few heads with how much fun we were having in what could’ve been a stressful situation. Moments like these remind me that work isn’t just about the deals closed or the quotas hit—it’s about the people. It’s about the camaraderie, the shared goals, and the ability to find joy even when the path isn’t smooth. Being stuck in an airport isn’t anyone’s idea of a great time, but being stuck with this team? I’ll take it.
