What a happy moment! Noble exists because of the talent and dedication of our offshore crews. A special milestone is captured in these pictures, where Denzel Southwell signs his contract to become Noble's first Guyanese Assistant Auxiliary Driller on the drillship Noble Tom Madden (joined by Rig Manager Chris Forlizzi). Denzel says he was driven to pursue a career offshore by his curiosity and interest in new challenges. He values the chance to meet and work with people from all over the globe and stresses that mentorship is crucial for anyone pursuing a career offshore. Noble is excited about Denzel's career path, as well as the impact we're able to make through bringing professional opportunities to communities around Guyana.
Congratulations Denzel! It's been a few years to get to this point, but I could not be happier! I am excited both for you personally and also for Noble! Enjoy this AD role and use it to form a foundation to build your career! I expect to see you sitting in one of those Rig Manager seats one day!
Love this! Congratulations Denzel, Noble Corporation!
Awesome example of hard work, dedication, and discipline - well done.
Awesome WOW ...... 🤩
Well done, more companies should be doing the same.
This is absolutely wonderful! Congratulations, Denzel. I wish you continued success!
Well done Daniel and congrats
It was a great achievement and great to see that the local talent is still growing and prospering under Noble's leadership.
Cyber Driller Noble Bob Douglas (HHI) Guyana, South America
1wI wouldn’t say he’s the first, as we’ve recently promoted Randolph Haniff to Aux AD here on the Noble Bob Douglas! Either way, as a Driller here in Guyana, it overflows my heart to see these young men rise to the challenge, and further cement the message that we’ve told these men/women from the beginning!!! The opportunity is here for the taking and the skies the limit, for them!!
