Feedback is your friend. When someone takes the time and has the courage to provide you with helpful, honest feedback, it is a gift. It might not always feel that way, but in the end, it shows they care. Kim Scott's Radical Candor (she is much more eloquent and detailed than I can ever claim to be) is evidence of that. Our commitment as humans should be to help ourselves and others improve and succeed, and as supervisors, that should always be our goal.  I have the privilege of working with an exceptional team of professionals at De La Salle High School who push themselves to be their best version.
