Things move fast in the business. Last week, we were talking about lead quality with one of our customers. Yesterday, we talked about the sales pitch. Today, we are talking about how to make the client sign faster. In under 10 days, one of our customers went from: "Oh, do we have enough quality leads?" to "Umut, how can we make this lead sign the contract faster?" 😅 Just keep doing the work. That's it.

DO THE MATH What is 1 good lead worth to you? With a 25% closing rate, it's 1/4th of your LTV. So based on that, you can estimate CAC "budget" (5:1 is worth a shot) And based on that, you can create THE BEST LEAD MAGNET you can afford. (Hint: the best lead magnet is the one that solves your prospect's first obstacle to speaking with you) Just try it, may not work. But may also 10x your business.
