Even if you believe you are capacity, since your current lead flow today is typically a result of the acquisition efforts you took 90 days ago, you will be kicking yourself in 3 months time when you're looking to start taking on more clients. DO THE MATH What is 1 good lead worth to you? With a 25% closing rate, it's 1/4th of your LTV. So based on that, you can estimate CAC "budget" (5:1 is worth a shot) And based on that, you can create THE BEST LEAD MAGNET you can afford. (Hint: the best lead magnet is the one that solves your prospect's first obstacle to speaking with you) Just try it, may not work. But may also 10x your business.

You need 5 things to create a killer lead magnet. -The first is a solution to a specific problem. -The second is a high perceived value. -The third is availability in multiple formats. -The fourth is a connection to your core offer. -And the fifth is a cost-effective acquisition method. If you have those, then attracting quality leads and boosting your business growth is fully attainable.

Before you blame 'poor lead quality', ask yourself these questions: - Do my leads have a painful problem that needs solving? - Are my leads contactable? - Can I solve my lead's problems? - Why did my leads opt-in in the first place? A lot of time it's not the leads, it's how you approach them.

Need a lead magnet, but not sure how to start? Steal my “lead magnet topic” process: #1. List 10 problems your ideal clients face. #2. Strike out any that are too big to solve in a short video or pamphlet. (“I don’t know how to 10x my business”) #3. Strike out any that are important but boring. (“I can’t read my P&L statement”) #4. Circle the problems that make prospects’ ears perk up when you mention them on sales calls. (“Want to overcome X and get Y?”) #5. Pick one of the remaining 2–3 problems. That’s your lead magnet topic. (If you love multiple ideas, you can always create multiple lead magnets.) Total time required: 45 minutes Total time saved, because now you won’t create a boring lead magnet that nobody cares about: 15 hours This process works.
