Neutral, a Madison-based developer, is set to build The Edison, a 31-story mass timber skyscraper in Milwaukee. Designed by Chicago's Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, this project will be one of the tallest #masstimberbuildings in the world. Originally planned to be 32 stories, the design has been slightly modified to optimize parking and construction efficiency. The building will feature a large penthouse and utilize over 100,000 cubic feet of #CLT and glulam beams. #Construction is expected to begin in early 2025. https://lnkd.in/eANdYpHK
