SPEAKER 3 Our very own Kieran Toner of KIEBA PROPERTY LTD Property is going to be sharing the project we have been working on for most of 2024 and recently completed on the purchase. How we negotiated and creatively structured a title split deal to unlock a life changing amount of value on day 1. Before anyone even picks up a shovel to start the actually physically adding value bit. People often think of title splitting as just finding large terraced houses that have been previously physically split. Instead think multiple properties, barns, land in an affluent area of cheshire. There were challenges, down valuations, investors pulling out, time delays - all will be shared. Mince pies will be on the tables, Christmas jumpers on everyone.
