Austin Bank's allegiance to the communities it serves continues to manifest itself through contributions in direct support of local education, the arts, literacy, health and housing needs as well as countless hours of volunteer service given by Austin Bank employees. B.E. Blessed is a non-profit organization in the Conroe area with the mission of providing school supplies, hygiene kits, and other essentials to low-income students throughout their community. Baily (pictured center) was 6 years old when she realized that not all of her classmates had their own crayons. This inspired her to create B.E. Blessed to provide underprivileged students with the supplies they need to succeed. Since the organization made it's first donation in 2006, they've raised over $230,000 and provided school supplies to over 2,900 students. We are proud to support Baily and B.E. REASONS TO DONATE: Our society faces a crisis: rising anxiety and stress among teens and young adults. Research shows that 70% of youth believe high schools should offer more personal finance education, and 70% of mental health issues arise before age 18. These findings highlight the urgent need for targeted prevention programs. Leader Within Peer Mentorship cultivates essential life skills to foster resilience for youth ages 14 to 24. By integrating emotional and financial literacy, we equip young individuals with tools to navigate life’s challenges. Our financial literacy workshops cover budgeting, saving, and investing, promoting economic stability and responsible money management. The Leader Within program complements this by providing coping mechanisms and stress management strategies that enhance overall well-being, empowering youth to face obstacles confidently.

Founded Unity Provisions in May 2024, a 501(c)(3) student-led non-profit addressing food insecurity by setting up donation centers in high schools and community centers worldwide. Our mission guide students to create their own food collection programs and advocate within their communities. I also discussed Relief Route, our GPS program that enhanced accessibility to local food banks and distribution centers, making a tangible difference in underserved areas.
