Job role and responsibilty-
QA Planning: Inspection and Testing Planning-Planning for manpower for MICC as per rolling schedule.Scheduling of MICC at supplier Works.Scheduling for offering of Raw Material CIP at supplier Works.
Scheduling for offering of Finish Good readiness after conducting of pre CIP and as per status of PPR.Planning for audit and renewal of factory approval from customer.
Internal QA Planning-Planning of Training as per need of manpower nominate by In Charges.Planning of training of feedback of customer complain.Planning of control test.
Inspection & Testing-Ensure Updated MQPs as per customer requirement are available,Standards (IS or any) is available and all Standards being practiced in plant are available,,Ensure PGCIL CIP of Raw Material to be done on timely as per schedule if applicable,
Internal QA-Ensure approved Work Instruction are issuing to all working area,Ensure quality test to be done and maintain records of the data for IN coming material and Critical Item as defined in process,Ensure over thickness, root radius & flange width material not consider for production.
Ensure QA check to be done at all Section as per Process & MQP Guidelines.
Ensure Check for first check being done,Audit shall be conducted every day for material segregation/Stacking project, Structure and mark no wise, no mixing various project materials and compliance of 3S and EHS guidelines in all sections.
Analysis and presentation of the quality related data on Customer Complain, Rework & D.O.B,Maintain rework, Fabrication faults, Scrap, Daily production, Rejection, cost analysis of failure and root cause analysis reports.
Improvement / Kaizen
Take 1-2 projects from self-identified/Self audit reports of Plant manager/DOB/BPEX per month FOR THE improvement in production area.
Improvement projects should be target basis and ensure to complete on target date.All team members shall be encouraged to share the KAIZEN in their section. All kaizen collected from all section shall be shared and discussed with Plant head and shall be implemented if found effective and efficient.
Motivation & Training : Feedback training shall be conducted on weekly basis and all the deviations/faults shall be shared with concern person and required training shall be conducted to upgrade him,Training need as per share by department in charge shall be conducted as per training calendar.
Nomination of employees/contractors shall be done every month for R&R as per company policy and guidelines.
Employees/contractor responsible for any KAIZEN implementation shall also be awarded.
