It’s never been easier to build and ship ✨ The reason: the explosion of high quality no-code tools and AI assistants. Here are 3 that have transformed my workflow: 1️⃣ Perplexity -> With some intentional prompting, I have an instant market researcher on deck. Perplexity helps me quickly scan opportunities before I hone my focus.   2️⃣ Zoom -> Old news, I know. But the shift: that record button is now my best bud. Video and transcript helps me stay present in the conversation. The result is better discovery with rich insights. 3️⃣Cassidy.AI -> Cassidy helps me start and scale. I can rapidly create and use AI assistants, refine concepts, and bring POCs to life. When they're ready for primetime, I can deploy them to production from Cassidy. The future of building is low-friction, creative... And FAST 🏎️💨

Our First Town Hall: Defining Who We Are and Where We’re Going Today, we held the very first MyBizz AI town hall. It was virtual, but it felt anything but impersonal. This wasn’t just a meeting. It was a moment—a chance to pause, take stock, and ask ourselves some big questions: • What kind of company are we building? • What do we stand for? • And how do we make sure everything we do creates real value for our customers? Starting a company is a whirlwind. You’re so deep in the trenches of building, shipping, and iterating that it’s easy to forget to reflect. Today reminded me why I love what we’re doing here. We talked values, and I mean really talked values. We revisited some of the principles that have quietly guided us since day one: • Curiosity fuels innovation. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Keep pushing for better solutions. • Kindness is our superpower. It’s about trust, respect, and creating an environment where everyone thrives. • We act boldly. No half-measures. We’re here to change the game, not play it safe. • We grow sustainably. Growth is exciting, but only if it’s intentional and impactful. These values aren’t just words—they’re how we run our business, work with each other, and serve our customers every day. No endless sales demos, no long implementations—just a tool businesses can pick up and use immediately. One of the highlights of the town hall was the excitement around “Top-up” and “Auto top-up” for AI Credits. This feature gives customers flexibility over their spending while ensuring they never run out of credits to get their work done. It’s a big step toward making MyBizz AI work seamlessly for every user, on their terms. What struck me most during the discussion was how these features aren’t just about improving the product—they represent a shift in how we think about software. We’re moving beyond rigid, expensive subscription models to offer something more flexible, intuitive, and aligned with real customer needs. With this feature—and more to come—we’re delivering on our promise to lead the shift from Software as a Service to Service as a Software. No excessive fees or bloated costs—just tools that deliver measurable value. Here’s how we’re pacing ourselves Growth is thrilling, but it has to be thoughtful: • Invite-only signups: Handpicking brands to onboard and refining the experience as we go. • Customer referrals: Growth fueled by those who’ve seen value in what we’ve built. • Scaling smartly: Everything we ship must be top-notch and scalable. No exceptions. Today’s town hall wasn’t just about what we’re building—it was about who we are. And as I looked at the faces on that virtual call, I couldn’t help but feel proud—not just of what we’ve done so far, but of the kind of company we’re determined to become.
