Remote work vs hybrid vs on-site. There is not a one size fits all. Different orgs have different needs. Factors to take into consideration include organizational need, culture, nature of the work, team dynamics, talent pool, etc. My hot take: where your employees work matters, but it means nothing if you don't have the right processes, measurements, accountability, and management systems in place to determine whether the work they are doing actually adds value.
