Man this is not a day I want to repeat any time soon! Stressful is an understatement. So here are some good things that came out of it..... seriously I have to see the learnings 1 I have built an amazing team that are ready to dig in when it is not going well, who go above and beyond. 2 Our backup system is there, including talent and we can improve the way we launch new products. 3 Our communication process in notifying our subscribers what is happening worked, with improvement to in even fast notifications and areas that are an issue. 4 My house is superclean 😆, this from channelling stress in to activity that didn't involve comfort eating. 5 Letting go of things to a higher power when something is out of my control. 6 My subscribers are super wonderful and our system isn't just a product it is a partnership with them. 7 Sometimes running a business is risky and you have to roll with the punches, but having amazing relationships and a strong passion to improve an industry is going to be exciting and rough at times. Bring on tomorrow 🍍🌻❤️🤞
And we are back!!!!!! I can't express how grateful I am for the team, Angelo Senna my engineer and his team, support network and amazingly patient and understanding subscribers, you are the best. A stressful day, the Prickly2sweet system is up and running. Thankyou everyone 💓 💖 💗 I am allowing a midweek drink a bit stronger than coffee tonight, sorry diet, not sorry!

People love to say the "agency model" is broken. That companies will increasingly rely on internal teams, sole practitioners, or AI for creative services. And, that's probably true. But, as we close out 2024 (Wide Eye having had a strong year), I’d argue the best agencies aren’t about the MODEL at all—they’re entirely about the PEOPLE who work there. The right team, supported by a strong culture, can deliver creative solutions that no individual or AI algorithm alone can replicate. At their best, agencies are effectively teams of experts. They bring strategy, creativity, and collaboration to solve complex problems and drive meaningful results. They do the deep, long-term thinking so that busy internal teams can imagine and follow through on what's possible. So while some may see the agency model as outdated, I'm a sappy, true believer in the value of highly seasoned creative teams of HUMANS who together make each other stronger. The challenges of 2025 will demand bold ideas, adaptability, and collaboration—and I’d bet on the right, people-focused agency every time.
2024. What. A. Year. A year of bold ideas, brought to life. Thank you to our partners and team for dreaming big with us. 🖌️✨ See you all in 2025. As both an academic studying the phenomenon of intuiting (not the psychic kind, but the natural "sensing + sensemaking", or as Laura Day puts it, "an extension of all of our senses") and a practitioner regularly using intuition in tandem with analysis, I wholeheartedly recommend Laura's work. Her ideas are actionable, practical, do not require changing beliefs, work well for analytical thinkers as much as those accustomed to relying on their senses, and it aligns well with current scholarly thinking on intuition. Laura Day, congratulations on your new book! #intuition #sensory #sensing #knowingthroughsensing #intuiting #sensemaking

I launched Mync Boutique while sitting alone in my car, across from a post office, with nothing but a vision and determination. The road was filled with obstacles, but each struggle reinforced my commitment to my dream. Today, Mync Boutique is a thriving symbol of female entrepreneurship and empowerment. For all the women out there who feel alone in their journey, remember: your solitary beginnings can lead to extraordinary achievements. Keep believing in your dreams. 🌟 #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurialSpirit #Empowerment
THANK YOU EVERYONE 😘

Listen. Few jobs are paying enough. It's nearly impossible to enjoy your work, let alone work on a project that you're passionate about. Almost everyone has a side hustle (or 2. or 3). That said...let's do something different: let's collaborate! I'm not "at the top," but I am 100% open to creating something amazing that we can put out into the world. If you want to put your time and effort into something that fills your soul and my skill set (editing/sociolinguistics/writing) could be valuable, reach out. Let's connect, build healthy networks, and create something necessary and amazing! #collaboration #dowhatyoulove
I ain’t at the top of anything… but I will say, the most amazing people I know are humble, kind and willing to help others. Thank you for giving me a seat at your table. I appreciate you so much 🙏🏽

Nothing makes you happier than when your hard work is recognized not just in words but in action as well! That’s what makes ProcDNA stand out from any other growing organization. I am incredibly thankful for this recognition of my contributions to ProcDNA over the past 6 months. While the list of people who have supported me is long and never-ending, I wouldn't shy away from acknowledging a few key individuals. (I swear, this won't be a long post). Six months ago, if someone had told me superheroes exist, I would have laughed my guts out! But now, I can proudly say I work with one such superhero (or heroine, if you prefer) - Mudita. Your support and quick motivational talks have kept me striving beyond my limits. Leading by example is often preached but rarely practiced. I am fortunate to work under two leaders who embody this principle - Harpreet and Ankush! Your vision and guidance have been the much-needed push for me to perform at my best. You are what you eat, and you do what people around you do - Phew! I am glad to have teammates like Ravinder and Shubhangi, who love working as much as they love having fun. Their dedication and enthusiasm have inspired me to give more than 100% to my work and at fun. Last but not least, to every person at ProcDNA with whom I’ve collaborated, directly or indirectly - You are amazing, and I am grateful for your support. Also, it’s Friday, why aren’t our systems down yet like last week? Microsoft, you there? (Well, this is a long post).
