#MentalHealthMonday message from #MichelleObama: “You can have it all but not at the same time.”
Such a powerful reminder that we are often our own biggest barriers to happiness. The limits we impose on ourselves and the negative self-talk we engage in are exactly where healing needs to begin. It's nobody else's responsibility to make us happy, confident, or free—it all starts within. Yet, it can be tough to recognize this, and it’s often easier to point fingers at others or blame external circumstances. The standards we set for ourselves are frequently impossible to meet, leaving us in a constant state of stress and guilt. Remember: you can have it all, just not all at once! Thanks for sharing Lean In!
It can truly be such a challenge to find that balance, but it's so rewarding in the end. Navigating my bipolar disorder in professional spaces has taught me I can still be true to myself and find happiness while finding the career path that's right for me. 💗
It's a balancing act based on how you define "all".
Gentle reminder that white captions on white suits is hard to read.

1wMichelle , author of the book “Becoming” 🙂 Extensively campaigned , endorsed , supported the one ,who got badly defeated in direct battle ,not because of Misogyny but due to “incompetence”,, not having the courage & ability to take risk ,to differ and dissent from the policies of the boss. Ideally sponsorship & competence & meritocracy should converge ?🤔 Serving is different than leadership & requires very different skills & attitude.
