What's the essential point to support women in aviation?
Men!
Sounds surprising?
Actually it's not. A respectful men can make a great change in the movement towards support women in aviation.
Majority of board of directors, higher management positions etc, not in aviation only, are men.
So without their support the mission of any organization will not have that significant impact...
And be sincere sometimes we are on our own bristles, as women, who decrease some nice projects by gossiping and not being respectful to each other.
So we, as women, sometimes need to make a mindset change as well as some men. :-)
What do you think about it?
Do you agree?
If not, how do you cope with this idea?

We love men support! :-)
In the recent times our representative Petra S. has been promoting our mission in Pilot Expo, Equal Pay Day Česko, Women in Aviation under Czech CAA organization and she is also be presented in AERO Friedrichshafen and Pilot Careers Live in London.
We are pleased that our movement is being treated nicely not only from women, but also from men part.
We would like to express our gratitude to have met so many nice people who support this idea and we would like to also mentioned that for us, men participations in this project is essential.
In the end of the day, men are now presented about 95% in airlines as pilots and also most men are presented in higher management positions .
We would like to mentioned that at our meeting and events, men, who respect women, are kindly welcomed and we appreciate your support in the idea of having more women in aviation.
You are definitely part of the change and this movement!
So thank you all for our support! 💞
