From the regular tasks at work to the spontaneous activities that require your full attention every workday. But after all this is over, how do you 'unwind' during the weekends? Taking time for yourself is essential to reboot and prepare for the week ahead. You can unwind by: ▪️ Following up with a hobby or trying a new one 🌻 ▪️ Spending time with friends and family 🫂 ▪️ Joining a sports club 🏸 or ▪️ Connecting with others who share similar interests through groups or communities you are part of 👥 If you're an introvert, you can even catch up on a book or watch something that you may find intriguing. Whatever positive activity makes you feel good, make time for it! Also remember, in as much as breaks are good, it does not mean abandoning tasks entirely.
