Over the years, I have come to appreciate the small rituals that help me feel more grounded and ready for what’s ahead. My weekend truly begins on Sunday morning. There’s something about the quiet, slower pace that lets me fully disconnect and recharge for the upcoming week. It starts with a peaceful morning—just me, a cup of tea, and no distractions. It’s a moment to just be present. Spending time outdoors is another part of my Sunday ritual. Whether it’s a walk in the park or simply sitting outside, being in nature clears my mind and helps me reset. Stepping away from work gives me a fresh perspective. Family time is also key.
