It’s time to put the SERVICE back in Software As A Service (SAAS). In the property management industry, legacy software has a pretty bad reputation when it comes to service, onboarding and customer support. 📂 Migrations are complicated, painful and unreasonably expensive. 📚 Trainings are incomplete, non-interactive and difficult to digest. ⏳ Customer support after launch is often non-existent with support lead times spanning weeks and even months without answers. At Kompas, we are making it our mission to flip this script! One of the many ways we differentiate ourselves from the competition is how we are prepared to service our clients. 🤖 Our onboarding team takes the initiative in executing data migration from your existing systems on your behalf. 🤓 Our in-person trainings are led by industry professionals and act both as a software tutorial as well as a lively discussion about industry best practices across accounting, leasing, operations and maintenance. 🥰 Finally, our dedicated support team gives you access to real people, answering your real questions - in real time. We experienced the pain of working with legacy software first hand for far too long. We are so excited to work with our clients to ensure that they have an incredibly smooth transition on to our platform. 3wI love the philosophy! Onboarding is so important in SaaS businesses. Our company is a client to multiple SaaS businesses and onboarding can make it or break it. It’s the difference between leveraging the solution to get as much value as possible or collecting another usless tool for which you’ll be ending your subscription as soon as the contract expires.
