A few weeks ago I spent three days at a monastery in the Italian mountains, reflecting on leadership with 20 great colleagues and facilitated by our own leadership gurus Bent Kock, Klaus Fjalland, Rand Blak Barawy and Rikke Fladberg.   It was an incredible experience that helped us to look into ourselves to understand our inner-stories that we have been living with and how they influence the decisions that we make for ourselves and as leaders.   I am looking forward to continuing to unfold what leadership means to me and how I can grow stronger by mastering self-management and be fully engaged in life.   💡 As a reminder, always consider the setting when aiming to create magic moments for personal reflection.
