Senior Technical Sales Representative - Gulf Market We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth within the Gulf region. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients, particularly within the government sector, and effectively selling our innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities: -Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets within the Gulf market. * Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on government clients. * Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and market trends. - Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within government organizations. * Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges. * Provide expert advice and guidance on our technology solutions. - Technical Sales & Solution Consulting: * Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to potential clients. * Effectively communicate the technical benefits and value proposition of our offerings. * Collaborate with technical teams to address client queries and provide customized solutions. - Negotiation & Contract Management: * Negotiate and close deals with government clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting: * Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts. * Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness. Qualifications: Must Have: * 4-5 years of proven experience in a technical sales role within the tech industry, preferably in the EdTech or software services sector. * Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. * Very good command of English (oral and written) for effective communication with clients and colleagues. * Open to travel within the Gulf region (30-50%) to meet with clients and attend industry events. * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth. * Experience working with clients in the government sector, understanding their specific needs and procurement processes. Preferred: * Experience selling software solutions to educational institutions or government agencies. * Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards. * Strong understanding of the Gulf market and its business landscape.
