As December begins, it’s the perfect time to reflect and start planning for 2025! Set clear, actionable goals that align with your vision, and take the first steps toward achieving them. Preparation is the key to success, and there’s no better moment than now to gear up for a productive and fulfilling year ahead. Let’s make 2025 a year of growth and accomplishments!

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 More than one year ago, I ended my corporate business career I feel so lucky to have been able to take part in the amazing 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 (https://lnkd.in/ehAHC9mk) program at St. Gallen University. I'd love to share some of the most valuable insights I gained from the program (there is a lot more to learn..): -   Don't think of life as a linear and sequential line of phases like learn, work, retire. Life is so much more than that! Live your life as a beautiful, overlapping tapestry of activities. So, I got rid of the word 'retirement' straight away and happily reconnected to all those ideas I'd put on the back burner and that ever-growing bucket list! This openness has led me to a variety of engagements in start-ups and consulting work, and I've made some great new friends along the way! All of this being circled around my unchanged core passion for wine. I just harvested my second vintage and I am eager to taste what difference my intervention made. The challenging experience of making and selling wine is probably worth a separate post. -   The second insight/advice was even more powerful to me: Use the opportunity of such transition to really “reset your system”. What made you successful in the past might not be the best for your new phase. Instead of feeling like you have to be "always full-on" and that failure is not an option, try applying the concept of "prototyping." This just means trying things out that you're interested in. Then, you can check honestly whether your assumptions or expectations were right. If they weren't, that's okay! You can stop without blaming yourself for "failure." I've already done it twice and it feels totally fine! Just remember, you can't add more days to your life, but you can definitely add more life to your days!

As we step into April, let's welcome it with open arms and a renewed sense of determination. The first quarter of 2024 has been a journey of decisions and actions, each one shaping our path forward. Whatever choices we've made, whether they led to success or taught us valuable lessons, they have all contributed to our growth. Incorporating the decisions we've made in the first quarter into our mindset for April is key. It's about leveraging our experiences, learning from them, and using that wisdom to fuel our progress. Every challenge we've faced has only made us stronger, more resilient, and more prepared for what lies ahead. So, as we embrace this new month, let's do so with confidence and courage. Let's harness the strength we've gained and channel it towards our goals. With each day, let's strive to be better versions of ourselves, knowing that every step forward is a testament to our resilience and determination. Reflecting on 2024, Preparing for 2025 As we close the chapter on 2024, a year filled with growth, challenges, and milestones, we embrace 2025 with renewed energy and vision. This past year has been a testament to resilience, hard work, and the power of collaboration. Looking ahead, we aim to build on these foundations, setting even higher goals for personal, professional, and communal success. Let 2025 be a year of intentional progress, meaningful connections, and impactful achievements. Together, we can make it extraordinary.

2024 has been a year of immense learning and growth for me, especially as someone passionate about marketing and social media. 🖇️ 📢 Here are a few key lessons I’ll carry forward: 🔦 It’s not just about creativity: A great post or reel doesn’t guarantee sales or visibility. What matters more is how consistent and purposeful your efforts are. 🔖 Understanding customers better: This year taught me to dig deeper into what drives customer and behaviour align strategies to meet those needs effectively. 📍 Staying aware and adaptable: Keeping an open eye to trends and shifts in the market has made all the difference in navigating challenges. ✅ Stepping into 2025 with these insights, I’m excited to start 2025 with a fresh focus on creativity, strategy, and building meaningful connections.
