GEOSAT's mosaic technique involves stitching together multiple #SatelliteImages to create a complete and seamless view of broad regions that cannot be captured in a single image due to sensor footprint limitations. We combine images taken at different times to create a composite view that reveals changes in an area over time. Orthorectification is essential for these images because it corrects distortions caused by terrain and sensor angles, ensuring that they accurately represent the Earth's surface.

Tip for #LaserScanning: If you’re scanning topography, YOU BETTER USE CONTROL POINTS!! And honestly, you better be using control points anyway. Cheers!
