When I attended my son’s sports day last week, I witnessed a lot of good sportsmanship, which got me thinking: How often do we display and appreciate good sportsmanship at work? Do we always respect our competitors, both external and internal? (when resources are scarce, there inevitably will be internal competition) Do we engage in fair play in our business practices? Do we handle both success and failure with grace? Do we truly display team spirit, going beyond collaboration to foster support and mutual respect? I hope reflecting on these questions can help us bring the principles of sportsmanship into our professional lives, creating a more positive and productive work environment. (If you have examples of good sportsmanship at work, please share them!)

Great questions Jenny Chou, incorporating those in our own self-awareness thoughts and our conversations with colleagues would be a good starting point.
