Question for ya'll. We're opening up our first ever in person office in Austin, Texas. It'll be mostly a sales office / call center at the start. We have 60-70 employees and have been remote for over a decade (since before remote was cool 😜). We're really good at recruiting for remote positions. We're still learning when it comes to hiring locally. It's a different playbook and a little more challenging. We need to hire 3-5+ sales people over the next few weeks. Questions: 1. If you were me, where would you look to find the best sales talent in the city? 2. Any sites that work well for you when recruiting locally? Any organizations or places to look? (especially when it comes to hungry, motivated, and energetic folks who are in sales or want to break into sales) This is a new game that I'm excited to learn.
